Wellbeing Practitioner and Planner

After witnessing various illnesses,Tang dedicated herself to well-being research and practices, founding TANG WELLNESS in middle age—a phase often seen as the ‘downhill’ journey of life.

Here is Tang’s growth and exploration journey:

  • 2017-2018: Earned the Diploma of Tea Artisan ( specialising in Zen tea meditation) and do meditation as daily practice since.

  • 2019–2020: Translated Tao Te Ching (2019) and Zen: The Sixth Patriarch Hui Neng’s Teachings (2020) from Chinese to English as part of her core Zen mindfulness studies. Both e-books are available on Amazon Kindle.

  • 2021-2022: Completed the Great North Run (40th edition) and the Kielder Marathon to achieve her fitness goals.

  • 2023: Awarded ACTIVE IQ L3 Diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition; qualified as a bespoke fitness and wellness coach.

  • 2024: Commencement of self-learning Huang Di’s Medical Classics (a fundamental documentary of traditional Chinese Medicine), a 5-year commitment on going

  • 2018-2024, Started oil painting with designer friend, then self-learning sketching & watercoloring, cultivate the drawing healing solution

  • 2025, Completed the floristry course in East Durham College, qualified as a florist and cultivate the floral healing solution

  • 2018-now, Participated in various retreats from Buddhist & Daoist practice centers in China, Japan and UK, to explore diverse meditations’ methods, practices and gradations.

  • June 2025, After years of wellbeing exploring journey, I found TANG WELLNESS as one wellbeing solution—a gradation approach tailored for beginners, with the help of Northumberland Small Business Support

Tang commits to continue exploring fundamental well-being solutions for prevention and pain-relief purpose and remains dedicated to sharing TANG WELLNESS—a open-mind, simplified, and evolving legacy—with local of North East of England or with the world.
